Shipping and deliveries

Delivery time is 1-3 weeks after placing your order.
In the case of an international shipment, the customer must incur additional charges at the time of payment. International duties and taxes are calculated by country and are included in the order total at checkout. Buyer is responsible for paying all import duties and taxes prior to shipment.
For the moment we will only have shipments within Mexico and the United States.
The buyer assumes all the responsibilities of the claims made with the carrier.

Returns

Once the sale is complete, we do not issue refunds, we accept cancellations or product changes. In the event that Lil Drivers considers a refund for a very particular situation, an 8% fee will be deducted from your total.

Damages

In case of any damage to the product, the client has up to 10 days after receiving the product to request a replacement, this must be notified beforehand with photos and a written description of what happened in order to determine the proper solution. The product must be returned to the company to later receive the replacement product within 1-3 weeks.

All content on our website and social networks, including photos, logos, designs, texts, videos and stories are property of Shifter&Co. They are protected by the Government of Mexico, any inappropriate use or non-consensual of the company will lead to the taking of legal measures.

Damages

Our sole purpose is to improve our service for which we respect the privacy of our customers. The information we collect is to verify, place orders, collect payments, receive requests and communicate in case of a problem. The client is notified and accepts to receive emails or information pertinent to events or news of the company.

In order to place an order the client has to accept these terms and conditions, there will be no extraordinary event or exception.
